To accurately model your backyard and new pool, we need precise property dimensions. A survey helps us capture these details, identify any city easements, and assess construction access. If you don’t have a survey, our Project Surveyor can arrange a visit to collect the necessary data.

Our business development team will provide a detailed breakdown of your pool quote. We will outline each component, helping you make confident decisions about which features will yield the best results, ensuring the project aligns perfectly with your needs.

PLAN AND DESIGN

This is where the excitement begins. During our initial call, you’ll discover how our process stands out from other builders. Following this, our in-house engineers will prepare your preliminary pool design for a detailed on-site assessment. Based on your feedback, we’ll then refine the design and arrange for final approval.

PROJECT LAUNCH

Once the details are confirmed, our permitting team will expertly manage all submissions to your city’s building department. After permit approval, our project supervisors will organize the construction process and schedule your backyard transformation, bringing your vision to life in just a few weeks!
